Terms and Conditions for 666y – What You Need to Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 666y ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on 666y, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

666y is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Pakistan. All services on the platform – including sports betting, live casino, roulette, Ludo tournaments and all promotional offers – are governed by these Terms. If any individual section conflicts with a specific product page or promotion page, the more specific document takes precedence for that product or promotion only.

666y reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at any given moment is the version currently in force. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

To register and use 666y you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 666y does not accept registrations from anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on 666y or on any other platform that has shared exclusion data with us.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of a 666y employee in a role that provides access to non-public pricing, odds or system information.

666y takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If you suspect a minor is using the platform, please contact us immediately at support@666y.click.

Each individual may hold only one 666y account. Registering multiple accounts – whether under your own name, a different name or a different mobile number – is a material breach of these Terms. All accounts linked to a multi-account arrangement may be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a unique email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 666y is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect account information provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify 666y support immediately. We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by the user's failure to secure their credentials.

All transactions on 666y are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 666y does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges in accordance with their own terms.

Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit is Rs 50. Deposit limits may be set by the player via the responsible gaming tools in account settings.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same account. The name registered on the payment method must match the name on the 666y account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200
• Standard processing time: 1–2 hours for Easypaisa and JazzCash; 2–4 hours for IBFT; up to 24 hours for card withdrawals
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal limits applied until verification is complete
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been fully met

Deposits that are credited to your account in error must be reported immediately. Any winnings generated from an erroneously credited deposit before the error is reported may be voided.

666y offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all 666y promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per account, per household and per verified payment method.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for that promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account.
• Outside bets in roulette (Red/Black, Odd/Even, Low/High) and equivalent near-50% probability bets in other games typically contribute at a reduced percentage to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• 666y reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer at any time or to disqualify an account from a promotion if misuse is suspected.

All sports bets placed on 666y are subject to these Terms and to the specific betting rules displayed within the relevant sport or event market. It is the player's responsibility to check the rules applicable to any market before placing a bet.

Bet settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.) unless the market rules specify a different source. 666y's decision regarding the result to be used for settlement is final once confirmed by the relevant governing body.

Voided bets: A bet may be voided if the event is abandoned, postponed beyond the period specified in the market rules, or if a pricing error was made that the player ought reasonably to have identified. Voided bets are returned to the account wallet at the stake amount only.

Maximum winnings: A single bet's winnings may not exceed Rs 5,000,000 (five million PKR) per event. Accumulated winnings exceeding this limit on a single event will be capped. The platform reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on any market or for any account.

All casino games – including live dealer games, roulette and RNG (random number generator) table games – are subject to these Terms and to the rules of the individual game displayed at the table or game screen.

Live casino results are determined by physical equipment operated by human dealers and are broadcast via HD video stream. No algorithmic manipulation is applied to live game outcomes. RNG game results are generated using a certified provably fair system. Both systems are subject to independent auditing.

Ludo Games on 666y are played against real human opponents. Dice rolls use the same provably fair RNG methodology as other RNG games. Entry fees are deducted at the point of joining a table and are non-refundable once the game has started unless there is a verified technical fault on the platform's side.

If a technical fault causes a game to terminate abnormally before a result is reached, 666y will determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. This may include voiding the round and returning all stakes, or resuming from the last confirmed game state where technically possible.

666y is committed to fair play for all users. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, with permanent closure and forfeiture of balance if the breach is confirmed:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to artificially influence game or bet outcomes, including in Ludo tournaments and live casino games.
• Chip dumping: Intentionally transferring value to another player by deliberately losing in a way that is not genuine gameplay.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any software that automates decisions or actions on the platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Placing bets or playing games when you know or ought reasonably to know that a pricing or system error exists.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after the corresponding gameplay has taken place.
• Matched betting abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus structures in ways not consistent with genuine recreational play.

666y's risk and compliance team monitors all accounts continuously. Patterns associated with prohibited conduct are flagged automatically and reviewed by human analysts. Decisions made following a fair play investigation are final and will be communicated to the affected account holder.

666y reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the player's own request.

If an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. If an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to any breach by the player, the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play where wagering requirements remain unmet) will be returned to the player's most recently verified payment method.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support at support@666y.click. Self-closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any active bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance distributed accordingly. If a self-exclusion is requested, the closure is permanent and the account cannot be reopened for a minimum of six months.

666y takes responsible gaming seriously and provides the following tools to all account holders at no charge, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session limits: Maximum session duration limits with an automatic logout when the limit is reached.
• Self-exclusion: Immediate account lock for a minimum period of 6 months, extendable to permanent exclusion.
• Reality check reminders: Optional notifications at set intervals during a session reminding you how long you have been playing.

In summary: 666y collects data required to operate your account, process transactions, comply with financial regulations and improve the platform. We do not sell individual player data to third parties. Data is stored on encrypted servers and access is restricted to personnel who require it for their work functions.

All content on the 666y platform – including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, game interfaces, odds data and tournament structures – is the intellectual property of 666y or its licensed content providers and is protected accordingly.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from 666y without prior written permission. Scraping, automated extraction of odds data or any systematic reproduction of platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666y's total liability to any user arising out of or in connection with the platform – whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise – is limited to the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

666y is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, opportunities or data arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Interruption of service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, actions of third parties or government authority, or force majeure events.
• Any decision made by a user on the basis of information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or game results, where that information was accurate at the time of display.

666y may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes – that is, changes that substantively affect your rights or obligations – we will notify active account holders via the email address or mobile number registered on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where operationally possible.

Your continued use of 666y after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw your verified balance. Accounts closed for this reason will not be subject to any penalty.

If you are not satisfied with our response to a complaint, you may escalate it to a formal dispute. Formal disputes will be reviewed by a senior compliance officer and a written decision issued within 14 calendar days.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 666y operates, as determined by the applicable regulatory framework at the time of the dispute.
